Shipping/In-Store Pickup/Returns

Orders placed after 5pm the day before a game, or any time on a game day, will be fulfilled on the next non-game/business day.

Shipping

We can ship anywhere within the United States or Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our current shipping option is USPS Priority Mail. We are able to provide a tracking number for customers to follow their order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. USPS Priority Mail orders usually take 1-4 days for deliveries within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible after being received; usually within 1-3 business days. During the holidays there could be some delays, so please plan accordingly. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based flat fees. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all product weights have been rounded up to the next full pound. We hope to offer real-time dynamic shipping pricing in the future.

 

In-Store Pickup 

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email letting you know it is ready for pickup. Depending on when you placed your order, please give it 1-5 days for it to be fulfilled due to schedules/holidays. 

If you would like another person to pick up your order, please indicate it in the additional comments section on your order form. 

Our store is located on the southeast side of the Spokane Arena on Mallon Ave across from the Flour Mill. From there, you will enter through our ticket office door and let the front counter manager know you have an online team store order to pickup and someone will happily assist you.

Please note: Online orders are not processed on gamedays. 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, replacement or exchange. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. To help us with the process, please have a copy of your receipt and/or online order confirmation. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
