FAQ

How do I get my jersey customized?

  • A blank Chiefs jersey will need to be dropped off at our Team Store during our regular business hours or on a game day. An order form will be filled out with the desired customization. The jersey will then be taken to our customizers & once it is completed, they will email the customer an invoice. Pricing varies on the desired lettering. It is then brought back to our store for pick-up. Payment must be made before pick-up. The turnaround time right now is 3-4 weeks as they are working through a high volume of orders. Do you restock items that sellout?

  • Only a few items can be re-ordered throughout the season (foam fingers, misc. tees, etc). Our merchandise is ordered a year+ in advance, therefore we need to ensure we have the space available for all of the new items! Each season we carry new styles and designs from various vendors, and we are strategic with our quantities. Our goal is to continuously put out new items throughout the season, so once an item sells out, it is unlikely to be re-ordered. We hope you can understand. 

Do you sell games used sticks/pucks or game worn jerseys?

  • Several times a season, we will sell game goal pucks at our Satellite stand by the Main Doors. These are game goal pucks from previous home games signed by the player who scored the goal. These are put out when doors open and are first come first serve. These items are at random and are excluded from discounts as 100% of the proceeds go to the Spokane Chiefs Education Fund (Chiefs Care). These are only available in person. 

Do you sell gift cards?

  • At this time, gift cards are only available for purchase in-store. We changed our Point of Sale system in Fall 2023, and are looking to convert our online platform in the near future. Gift cards purchased will only be able to be redeemed in store. 

Is this the only place to get Chiefs gear?

  • YES! Our physical store & online store are the ONLY places to purchased authentic Chiefs apparel. Please do not purchase from any other websites/ads that are not shop.spokanechiefs.com.

Is there more in-store than online?

  • Yes! While the majority of products are on the website, there are a handful of items that are in-store only. If an item is very low stock, or just dosen't quite ship well, it can be found in-store. Game specific items (ex: Military collection) will be in-store only due to them being limited edition. If there is stock left after the game, then the item will be added to the website. We do our best to update the website as we receive new items in.

What sizes do you carry?

  • The majority of our adult apparel is available in sizes Small-3XL. Women's apparel is offered in sizes Small-2XL. Youth apparel is sizes XS-XL & toddler sizes are 3T-5T. We will have some infant apparel back for the 2025-2026 season! Some fits may vary based on product matierals as well as vendor (material breakdowns in the product description). Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have quetions on an items fit. 

Do you offer in-store pickup?

  • Yes - we do offer in-store pickup. Our store is location inside the Spokane Arena (700 W Mallon Ave) at the southeast entrance across from the Flour Mill. Parking Lot F offers 15-minute Spokane Chiefs Office spots. Please note: Online orders are not processed on gamedays. Orders placed after 5pm the day before a game, or any time on a game day, will be fulfilled on the next non-game/business day.

Are you open in the off-season/summer?

  • Yes! We are open all year round. Our regular office hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM. We will close on most major holidays, as well as a few times a year for inventory or specific Arena events. We will always share on our social media platforms if there are adjusted hours for the store and/or office. 

Are you open around the holiday break/Christmas?

  • Yes! While it varies every year based on the teams schedule, we are typically open the week before Christmas during the leagues holiday break. We will have an adjusted schedule with limited hours for those looking for last minute gifts! We are always closed December 24th & 25th so our team members can enjoy the holiday break with their families. We will share those hours via social media/email as we approach the holiday season.
